Meeting Information

All online TCAM meetings (except for Board Meetings and some Special Meetings or events) are open to anyone who is interested in TCAM (whether a current TCAM Member or not). If you are interested in TCAM, please feel free to attend our meetings free of charge. You are encouraged, but not required, to become a TCAM Member. The dates and places of all meetings are subject to change.

Types of Meetings

Regular Meetings of Members

The TCAM Board of Directors schedules one meeting of members during each quarter of the year. Regular Meetings of members are now scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on the second Monday of February, May, and September. Regular Meetings feature a speaker or program of interest to mediators and also allow members and guests to network and socialize. During these online meetings, the speaker or program is recorded. Current TCAM Members will be given access to TCAM’s library of video recordings and other information as a benefit of membership. Only TCAM may record these meetings and TCAM retains all rights to such recordings.

Roundtable Meetings

TCAM offers monthly roundtable meetings for members and guests. Roundtable Meetings are scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month. Roundtable meetings are designed to facilitate networking and fellowship. Roundtable meetings do not feature a speaker or predetermined agenda.

Annual Meeting of Members

TCAM’s Annual Meeting of members is scheduled in November at 6:30 p.m. usually on the Monday 10 days before Thanksgiving. The Annual Meeting features a speaker or program of interest to mediators as well as voting for TCAM officers and directors. During these online meetings, the speaker or program is recorded. Current TCAM Members will be given access to TCAM’s library of video recordings and other information as a benefit of membership. Only TCAM may record these meetings and TCAM retains all rights to such recordings.

Meetings of the Board

TCAM Board Meetings are now scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on the last Monday of January, April, August, and October; and also at 6:30 p.m. on the date and place of the Annual Meeting in November. Board Meetings are open to all TCAM members and their guests and are for the purpose of making decisions about the business of TCAM. If needed, additional Board Meetings are held immediately before or after Meetings of Members.

Special Meetings

TCAM sometimes also schedules special meetings: roundtable meetings, events, or seminars– and a Holiday Party in December. The time and location of such special meetings are announced as necessary.
